From the Bressane plain to the Hautes Combes crests, the Jura stands out with 12 appellations of origin: 7 wine-growing AOCs (Côtes-du-Jura, Arbois, L'Etoile, Château-Chalon, Macvin, Crémant du Jura) and AOC Marc du Jura, 3 cheese AOC (Comté, Morbier, Bleu de Gex / Bleu du Haut-Jura), and 2 poultry AOC (chicken, fowl and Bresse capon) and AOC / AOP Dinde de Bresse.
