A breakfast, an ode to the Jura terroir

At 49, sharing is also available through the plate. The breakfast at this guest house will make you experience emotions on the palate with local products, a gourmet palette that will thrill the taste buds. Epicureans will taste local and organic dishes carefully selected by your hosts and feast on brioches, cakes, Comtoise pancakes, pancakes, waffles. 3 homemade pastries accompany your hot drink. Farm eggs, milk, butter, muesli and a wide range of organic tea, fruit from the kitchen garden complete this delicious gastronomic score.

Julie and Olivier deploy an innate art of service and reception to make you taste the specialties of the Jura. As a fervent ambassador of the terroir, Julie offers every morning a magnificent local raw ham smoked with Tuyé as well as a wide range of Jura cheeses: Comté, morbier, bleu de la Marre, plain cancoillotte and yellow wine draw a succulent gastronomic picture.

Awakening the senses also passed by the 49 guest table, a real festival of flavors. Indeed, Julie and Olivier invite you to a discovery of Jura culinary products, showcase expertise of local producers. Indeed, Olivier will introduce you to oenological tastings through associations of wines and cheeses from Jura.

The opportunity to taste traditional cuisine and be tempted by refined dishes: Bresse chicken in Vin Jaune accompanied by seasonal vegetables and mashed potatoes in olive oil, homemade foie gras with yellow wine, a Franche-Comté plate with local charcuterie, cheeses and Morteau sausages, frozen vacherin for a touch of freshness, you will succumb to this gourmet temptation without hesitation. More than a meal, this is a story that Julie and Olivier tell you and pass on to you through their dishes at 49.

The happiness of the taste buds is in the vegetable garden

Julie and Olivier also have green hands! At the heart of the B & B Park, a space is dedicated to the vegetable garden. Firmly convinced that pleasure, well-being also pass through the plate, they have to heart to give and to share with their guests the fruit of their crops. Tasty fruits and vegetables that are found at the table d'hôtes and awaken the taste buds of hosts.

Melons garden, strawberries, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, squash, beans, carrots grow freely at 49 for the enjoyment of young and old alike!
